Luna Rossa Eau Sport by Prada was released in 2016 as part of the company’s Luna Rossa collection. The name “Luna Rossa” translates to “red moon.” It is also the moniker of the sailing team in Italy that inspired this cologne collection. This particular fragrance was designed to invoke the danger and excitement of the ocean. The composition opens with an energizing union of bergamot and cedrat which, with their luminous chords, enrich aromatic lavender and tart ginger in the heart of the fragrance. Dynamics of ginger and citrus melts into aromas of gray amber and cedar, characterizing the base of the composition.
